Chancellor's Undergraduate
Diversity Learning Initiative (CUDLI) Applications for Fall 2008 are now
available. This is being offered as a LTCS 98/198 class for 4 units on
Tu/Th from 11:00am-12:20pm for Fall 2008.
Please see the
application for more information on CUDLI requirements.
CUDLI is an experiential creation of
knowledge through shared wisdom. It is more than a leadership class, but rather
a gathering of learners framed by a commitment of personal growth regarding
issues of social justice. The institute functions as a learning collaborative
for developing student leaders. CUDLI is a visible connection of the Campus
Community Centers (the Cross-Cultural Center, the Women's Center, and the
Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender Resource Center) and an extension of our shared
mission towards social justice.
Dear Campus Community Centers Friends,
The following workshops are available for our Social Justice Peer
Educators to present for your group or organization:
For more information, please contact

Fluidity Workshop: How do I Change and Grow?
This workshop will deeply explore the ways in which identities
shift, grow, and change over time.
Intersectionality Workshop: How do I Fit?
This session will "dig deeper" into diversity. Issues of
multiple identities and cross-issue organizing will be discussed, as it relates
to social justice.
Target and Agent Workshop: Who Am I?
In this workshop participants will focus issues of power,
privilege, and oppression. We will discuss how individuals or groups of
people might be most challenged or be most likely to succeed within the
institution and the larger community.
